Our Natr’l JUST KEEP ROLLING starter kit was designed and created to provide you with a quick and convenient way to get started with making your own roller bottles with our Natr’l Essential oils and your choice of carrier oil which will supply you with a multitude of remedies and natural treatments safe for you and your family.

WHY DO I WANT TO MAKE MY OWN ROLLER BOTTLES?

Roller bottles are quick and easy to make by simply diluting our Natr’l Essential oils with your chosen carrier oil directly into the bottle, give it a quick shake and it’s ready to use

  • Lightweight, safe and portable to travel with you

  • Rewarding and Healing

  • Great to use with children and a perfect solution for use on sensitive skin

  • Making your own roller bottles means you control the dilution

WHY NO CARRIER OIL INCLUDED TO GET ME STARTED? There are a couple of reasons I decided not to include a carrier oil but mainly because carrier oil is always going to be a personal preference and specific to your needs. My choice of carrier oil may not necessarily be your choice and I wanted this kit to be suitable for everybody.

There are so many different carrier oils and my advice is to choose one specific to you and your skin needs. When it comes to facial care, extra care needs to be taken, as with sensitive skin.

  • Argan oil and Rosehip oil are both ideal for facial use or

  • Choosing a scent-free carrier oil means you will smell your chosen Essential oil or

  • Choose a carrier oil that includes additional health and beauty benefits

  • Only buy therapeutic-grade carrier oils from a manufacturer you can trust. Choose cold-pressed, 100% pure with no additives or preservatives

Certain carrier oils are derived from nuts as well as produced in the same factories as peanut oil. If you have nut allergies be cautious and do your research before deciding on a carrier oil that is suitable to you and your skin type.

Why should I dilute essential oils? Essential oils should be diluted with a carrier oil before applying to skin

Essential oils are highly concentrated and to avoid skin reactions they need to be diluted. The combining of Essential oils and carrier oils make them safe and powerful as they effectively improve skin absorption My personal favourite carrier oils are Rosehip oil, fractionated coconut oil, avocado and sweet almond oil and highly recommend them all

Included in your starter kit is further information on types of carrier oils.

HOW DO I MAKE ROLLER BOTTLES? I suggest cleaning before use but be aware that the bottles are not shatterproof so treat with care.

  • Remove the lid by unscrewing it from the bottle

  • Lift the rim of the rollerball and set aside using your included Universal Key Tool

  • Drop the required amount of essential oil directly into the bottle then top up with carrier oil

  • Insert the roller ball back in place while holding the bottle and use your key tool to firmly lock into place

  • Replace the lid and mix well by shaking the bottle

  • Wipe the bottle and cap from any spills

It is best to store the bottles in a dark place away from any sunlight. I have included bags for this purpose: A purple, Orange and Green bag to complete each Oil+Bottle bundle HOW MUCH OIL DO I USE? I am no expert but from my experience, there is no set amount. It would also depend on the size of your roller bottle as well as what you are comfortable with. I suggest 10-12 drops in my information cards because this is how I make my roller bottles.

  • For children under the age of 6, the elderly, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with sensitive skin I recommend you use with caution and dilute or inhale according to their needs. You will need to research the safety guideline thoroughly.

  • The average adult will use between 10 – 20 drops at a 5-10% dilution

  • They are ideal for diffusing and the diffuser that sits on my desk where I work is on all day. I love my diffusers and how they naturally provide the subtle Essential oil scent, at the same time providing their mighty benefits

  • DIY Natural Products: Add to homemade cosmetics, beauty products, skin and hair treatments, cleaning products, room spritzes, fabric refresher sprays and air fresheners, perfumes, soaps and candles, lip balms, body moisturisers and lotions.

  • Add a few drops to wool dryer balls for a natural scent as an alternative to artificial and chemically laden fabric softeners.

  • I make my own cleaning products and add Essential oils to my cleaning sprays – My favourite blend for this is Tea tree, Peppermint and Lemon.

  • Add a few drops to your bath, your pillow and use with a carrier oil for Aromatherapy massages, roll onto pulse points with your rollerball (bottom of feet, temples, wrists, neck and behind ears)

  • Our bottles are colourful, glossy and frosted, giving the bundle a nice complete finish without compromising on quality. They are dark enough to protect the oils from light but also transparent enough to see the content levels

  • There is no need for stickers to label your bottles because they will be easily identified by the colour that is matching their oil type

  • No plastic here! Our bottles are glass only. Glass bottles will not deteriorate no matter how long the oils are inside. Plastic contains chemicals which can seep into the oil and we wouldn’t want that!

Purple bottle for Lavender Essential oil

Green bottle for Tea tree Essential oil

  • I opted with 10ml bottles for this kit because I found this size to be the most convenient. Depending on how often you use them – 10ml lasts longer, isn’t bulky and is handy for transporting when travelling

  • However, it also depends on how often you use your roller bottles.

  • Our roller balls are high-quality stainless steel and I have tested and used these bottles for a long time, and they do not leak

  • I never used the opening tool when I first started making my Rollerballs, but I have since started using them and found that they are really useful, so wanted to include them with my starter kit. I have not included mini funnels because I never needed to use one

  • Our starter kits also include simple instructions on how to make your roller bottles as well as the Head to Toe benefits each oil provides

Please note that my cards are limited to my choice of keywords and certainly not exhaustive. There is so much additional information available. I am happy to answer any questions you have regarding the use of Essential oils and DIY.

Important information USE AT YOUR OWN RISK Our Natr’l Essential oils are 100% pure and natural with no additives and come in pharmaceutical safe glass bottles with a tamper-evident cap and tested for purity and subjected to rigorous quality control standards Precautions still need to be taken:
